By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to our terms of sale below.

ORDERS & RETURNS:

All orders are sent out within 24 hours of the order time (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays).

All prices include VAT. Any additional prices are listed at the checkout.

All orders can be returned for a full refund to our company address below within 28 days of purchase. The cost of the return is the customers responsibility with no exceptions.

Please include a copy of your order and instructions on if you require a refund or exchange etc so we can carry out your instruction at the earliest convenience. Please also ensure that all returned products are in re-sellable condition, otherwise we will refuse the delivery or refuse to credit/exchange the damaged returned item:

NEXT DAY DELIVERIES:

Next day deliveries can be purchased at checkout. This service is at an extra cost of course, and requires a signature on delivery. It is only available up to 2pm each day from Monday-Thursday. If you require Saturday deliveries please call our office on 01732 840 380.

If you are not in to sign for the delivery the carrier will leave a card for you to contact them within 3 working days. Failure to do so may result in the item being returned to us again. All next day delivery charges are non-refundable.

NON-MAINLAND UK & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

For Non-Mainland UK and International shipping costs please drop us an email at: info@bathroomsupplyshop.co.uk with the items you wish to order and your full International address. We will respond as soon as possible with your delivery options and prices.
